The cli­ent expec­ted a relia­ble digi­tal solu­ti­on that makes phar­ma­cy ope­ning hours, on-call ser­vices, and cont­act infor­ma­ti­on easi­ly acces­si­ble. Infor­ma­ti­on nee­ded to be accu­ra­te, always up to date, and usable both cen­tral­ly and on phar­ma­cy websites.

The dream out­co­me was a nati­on­wi­de plat­form that beco­mes the trus­ted source for phar­ma­cy avai­la­bi­li­ty in Aus­tria, allo­wing users to instant­ly find near­by on-call ser­vices while enab­ling phar­maci­es to dis­play accu­ra­te sta­tus infor­ma­ti­on effortlessly.

Final Product

We deli­ver­ed a cen­tra­li­zed web appli­ca­ti­on dis­play­ing real-time phar­ma­cy data along­side an embed­da­ble wid­get for phar­ma­cy web­sites. Mul­ti­ple views and clear infor­ma­ti­on struc­tures ensu­re acces­si­bi­li­ty, cla­ri­ty, and relia­bi­li­ty across all user touchpoints.
